A Positive Vision

Creating a positive vision for our lives and our bodies is what this game is all about. When we take the time to sit down with ourselves in quiet reflection, mindfulness meditation, we can begin to quiet the internal chatter and listen to our spirit. Learning to listen to our inner-voice can save us much time and difficulties, the intuition is a very valuable tool for guidance. That little voice in the background that can be hard to hear sometimes because we are so busy thinking about all the ‘stuff’ that we need to do, we forget to check in with ourselves and find out what we really need. Taking a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness mediation is an essential part of supporting our Living Fit Lifestyle. This meditation time is a gift to ourselves, take a deep breath, pause and listen to our heart so that we can follow the path to our positive vision!

 

We are moving into the second half of this game, which means it’s time to look at our SMARTER GOALS that we began with. Review, reflect and renew our goals with the knowledge that we have gained during the past five weeks. We have had time to work with the guidelines of the game,

 

 

  • adjust our eating habits

 

  • drink a lot of water, everyday!

 

 

  • get more restorative sleep daily

 

 

  • communicate with our teams for support

 


 

When you evaluate the positive vision that you have declared for yourself in your SMARTER GOALS ~

 

  • What are you learning about yourself?

 

  • How do you feel about your positive vision?

 

  • Do you need to make adjustments to your plan?

 

  • How are you changing and growing as a result of your efforts?
