- Start slowly and progress at a comfortable pace for your safety
- Challenge yourself by your foot placement and choose appropriately for you!
- Keep your core muscles tight and engaged for safety and support
A well designed exercise plan will include:
- Cardiovascular Training
- Strength Training
- Stretching & Flexibility Training
- And — Balance Training!
Focus on Quality of Movement — not quantity!
