Creamy Italian Dressing ~ you might have thought that you couldn’t have it and stay sanctioned, right? Well, you can! It’s one of my all time favorites, reminds me of all the flavors that I grew up with and would be so sad if I couldn’t enjoy in my healthy lifestyle. So, I came up with this version to satisfy my culinary desires.



Creamy Italian Dressing
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2T Mayonnaise
  • 2T White Wine Vinegar
  • ½t Dry Mustard
  • ½t Dry Basil
  • ½ Dried Oregano
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • ¼ Cup EVOO
  • Juice of a lemon
  1. Everything other than the EVOO in the blender
  2. Blend on high
  3. Slowly drizzle in EVOO to emulsify
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning
