I am not sure about you, but I like to keep a diary for many different reasons. I began keeping a food diary over 20 years ago when I first started changing my eating habits. The food diary was an invaluable tool that I utilized for no less than 5 years consecutively. My eating habits were pretty poor when I started– I didn’t quite realize how poor at the time, although I did know I needed to improve. It was the daily food and workout diary that helped me make the changes necessary to turn my healthy habits into a much more prominent part of my life.

 

So, here’s to all of us — hoping that you will find one of these systems helpful in supporting your healthy habits. Let me know what you think. If you have any suggestions, I am open to the improvements — we are a work in progress!
