Your Daily Challenge:
Take a look at the things you want to change … you ARE changing!

Failure is a detour, not a dead-end street.
~ Zig Ziglar
Sometimes we have to get out of our own way to take a better look at our life to see what we needs to change. Enlist the aid of our most trusted friends, tribal counsel, spiritual board of directors or if necessary ~ hire a professional 🙂 It’s time to clean things up, try something new and clear a path to your desired result.
- Rearrange the furniture
- Clean the closets
- Get rid out outdated clothing
- Get rid of old information, old papers, books, magazines
- Review, revise and renew our goals ~ give them new life
Anything and everything that is bogging us down and keeping us stuck in the past, has to go! When we hang on to old beliefs, behaviors, and belongings ~ we hang on to old habits and cannot make the room for the change we need and desire. Identifying a need and desire for change is the first step to creating the life and body that will support our purpose. Once the desire and need have been established, a SMARTER GOAL system comes into play where we can create an actionable plan for reaching our goals! And all of this takes work, effort, thought, consideration, reflection and planning.
How can you change your perspective about the detours that you have experienced?
What do you need to do to see your life and goals in a more favorable light?

i am changing my ideas of fitness and exercise. what worked two, five or ten years ago isn’t appropriate now. slow and easy are my goals today. my hope is that maybe in the future i can build on the exercise. for now my focus is on less stress, more mindfulness and certainly more awareness.
