You can discover great things through ‘mistakes.’
~ Jordan Bridges
Life is full of little mis-steps … mistakes are mis-takes!!
If you were in a movie or TV show, it would be called a “mis-take” and you would do a “re-take”. I think with kids it’s also called a “do over”! We all have some funny moments in life where we make mistakes, learn something new and when we look back we get a good laugh!!
NOW is a good time to take a look back, have some fun laughing at your mistakes — don’t take yourself too seriously — live, learn, and laugh at your mis-takes, it’s really good for your abs!
What are you laughing about today?

listening to self-proclaimed “experts” and taking them too seriously-now that is laughable! even silly! i really believed “no pain, no gain” from years ago. thanks Jane. now, i’m in pain and i don’t believe you any more. i’m listening to my own body these days for feed back. if i hurt i will stop. a younger person said pain was good in a yoga class a few days ago, i smiled 🙂
I guess the most laughable mistakes have been when I first began this game a year ago I made so much chicken breast that I found myself at a meal simply spitting it out. For some reason, I just am not so good at cooking chicken breast; so my do-over is that I don’t! I make roast, whole chicken, turkey, turkey meatloaf… but I leave chicken breast for when I am out. Also, not as laughable, but there have been more than one occassion that I have over done the exercise. I think I have finally learned from this, but its still a growing edge, because I want to continue to keep it fresh and have a challenge day here and there, but I don’t want to get sick or hurt from it.
