- 12 each Wraps -- rice paper
- 12 oz chicken -- roasted breast
- ¼ cup napa cabbage
- ¼ cup bok choy
- 2T carrot
- 2T red pepper
- 2T yellow pepper
- 2T snow peas
- 2T radicchio
- 2T scallions
- 2T apple -- any sweet apple
- 1 lime -- juice and zest
- ¼ cup tamari sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 1T siracchi
- Debone and shred the chicken breast
- Chop all veg & apple, fine julienne Mix thoroughly
- Blend the dressing ingredients and thoroughly coat
- Portion into 12 wraps according to package directions
