A deliciously deceptive version of a party favorite!

Ingredients
  • 1 LB Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2T EVOO
  • ¼ Cup organic spice rub
  • ¼ Cup lime juice and zest
  • ¼ Cup hot sauce of choice
  • 2T honey
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breast into approx 1" cubes
  2. coat with EVOO & spice rub
  3. marinade 4 hours or overnight
  4. take out and allow to come to room temperature before cooking
  5. Mix remaining ingredients into a sauce and heat on low flame to mix and melt the honey
  6. Heat your non-stick grill pan and lightly coat with oil
  7. Grill the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes until cooked through
  8. Toss the chicken with some of the sauce to coat
  9. Serve on lettuce cups with extra sauce on the side
