Do you love the fun of Hot Wings and try to avoid them because of the fat? Well, these little nuggets have all of the hot wing flavor without all the guilt, spicy, delicious and completely sanctioned! You won’t miss a thing ~ give it a try, it can be a great addition to your party food recipe list.
- 1 LB Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2T EVOO
- ¼ Cup organic spice rub
- ¼ Cup lime juice and zest
- ¼ Cup hot sauce of choice
- 2T honey
- Cut chicken breast into approx 1" cubes
- coat with EVOO & spice rub
- marinade 4 hours or overnight
- take out and allow to come to room temperature before cooking
- Mix remaining ingredients into a sauce and heat on low flame to mix and melt the honey
- Heat your non-stick grill pan and lightly coat with oil
- Grill the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes until cooked through
- Toss the chicken with some of the sauce to coat
- Serve on lettuce cups with extra sauce on the side
