Imagination is the beginning of creation ~ we have a gift of each day to create as we imagine. It’s an opportunity to give our best each day to every moment that we are engaged in our lives. Imagination is the fun stuff where we get to play, like when we were kids. We can project ourselves on the mind’s movie screen and imagine ourselves in many new ways. If we have a dream of opening a new business, we can drive by the location each day and see what it feels like to put that route into our daily routine. The very act of imagining the business, finding the ideal location, and putting that commute into your daily routine brings the goal into more of a reality.

 

The imagination is a powerful tool and visualization exercises are a persuasive mechanism for creating a new reality. Visualization techniques have been used by athletes for years and it begins with imagination.

 

Now is a great time to look at your most recent results with your Health Goals and evaluate your strategy. Are you sticking with your plan? Are you 100%, 75% 50% sticking with your plan?  What level of participation and commitment have you been investing in your Living Fit Lifestyle?  Once you have honestly assessed your participation with your goals, you can realistically adjust your sails. It is your imagination that initiates the goals and your commitment that moves you forward toward the realization of your ambition.
