What does happy mean to you?
Are you enjoying the journey of your life everyday? Well, maybe not everyday ~ all the time ~ life inevitably has it’s ups and downs, just like that teeter totter in the playground. We can’t always be up but we can be wise and enjoy the journey!
It is wise to enjoy today, make the most of what you have NOW while you are working on what you want for your future. Now is a great time to practice enjoying the moment and savor the flavor of the day. Enjoy the changes that you are embarking on, appreciate your team and the support you get from them and relish all the great food you are choosing to take great care of yourself. You deserve the happiness that life has to give and all the blessings that are here for you along the way.

Life has presented me with many challenges, but I have also designed my current life so that I live in (what I experience as) paradise. I love living in a thiving beach town that has many cultural opportunities. I take advantage of swimming, biking, excellent live music, great restaurants and visiting with friends. I also really enjoy my work and have fun most days with my work, as well.
The blessing of this game is that I no longer feel at sea with food. I know exactly what I should be eating. And if I splurge, I simply count it as a meal off, and get right back to taking care of myself with sanctioned meals. This adds to my happiness a lot. And the biggest joy is that using the daily intentions from this game has helped me focus, in very specific ways, to create the home I want, less physical pain, professional opportunities, and most important; the amazing love partner who is in my life.
Good work Pamela — you are an inspiration! You have accomplished so much over the past year!
