We have designed the scoring to make it AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE!

You should find that there is ALMOST NO MATH REQUIRED!!!!!

Even though the scoring is simple we thought we would lay out it for you. So below you will find a simple guide to keeping your score.



STEP 1 – Print out your scorecard



We have designed a simple form for you to record all the game points you earn. Please feel free to download it and print out as many copies as you need.

STEP 2 – Start recording


Once you have downloaded and printed out your scorecard, simply begin filling out all the points you earn for activities in the appropriate row and on the appropriate day.

FOOD – 1 SANCTIONED meal or snack = 10 points (up to 50 points per day)

WATER – 2-3 LITERS per day = 50 points per day (less than 2 liters = 0 points)

Keeping Score - Living Fit Lifestyle

EXERCISE – 30 minutes total per day = 50 points per day (less = 0 points)

SLEEP – 6-8 hours total per day = 50 points (less = 0 points)

COMMUNICATION – contacting 1 teammate AND 1 other member of the competition PER DAY = 50 points

GRATITUDE – 10 minutes of quiet reflection on 5 things you are deeply grateful per day = 50 points


Every player gets ONE DAY OFF each week from all of the rules PLUS three meals off without penalty, which means you get FULL points on that day!

STEP 3 – Total up your week


At the end of your week, work across each core component and add up your points. Put the total at the end of each row as highlighted by the red arrow.



Yes, this does involve some maths, however the numbers should be very simple. If you have scored a maximum, then the total will be 350 points!

Once you have all six totals for the core components, add all of them up to get your WEEKLY TOTAL and put the result in the WEEKLY TOTAL box. There is a maximum of 2100 total points for the week.

STEP 4 – Record your bonuses!


This is where the magic really happens, you can increase your WEEKLY TOTAL by 20% for EACH of the bonuses you achieve.

BONUS 1 – The Perfect Score – For a week’s worth of sticking to the plan we would applaud you! So if your WEEKLY TOTAL equals 2100 points you win this bonus!

BONUS 2 – The Daily Challenge – You will receive this bonus IF you accomplish a daily challenge AND share it with the group, either through Facebook comments or by emailing us here at HQ, for 6 days out of 7.
