when i began this game i was looking for ways to improve my daily life. i was in so much pain and my diet consisted of mostly comfort food. i was not very active and i was unhappy with the way i looked. my dream was to change all of that. i have learned more than i could have imagined. it is still a work in progress. i have reached some goals and now i have new ones. thanks Bernadette.
