The Living Fit Lifestyle is much more than exercise and food plan ~ it’s about daily choices that feed your body, mind and soul! Our families, careers, communities, home, continuing education, love, recreation, travel, adventure, and Daily Challenges are all a part of our Living Fit Lifestyle. We are multi-dimensional beings with many unique needs to satisfy when creating the vital life we desire. Having the opportunity to express ourselves with our unique gifts, talents and power is a vital part of our primary nutritional needs ~ Food is more than what you find on your plate.
Healthy relationships, regular physical activity – at least 30 minutes daily (180 minutes a week), an energizing career and a spiritual practice, gratitude practice ~ mindfulness meditation can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life. When primary food is balanced and satiated, your life feeds you, making what you eat secondary. When we feel spiritually nourished, we don’t look to food and drink to fill a void.

today’s inspiration really hit a nerve. i am definitely filling some voids these days with food and suffering from moodiness. i feel drained.
i celebrate: waking up each morning, caring for my fur babies, exercising, and hoping that tomorrow will be better. one day at a time.
