Start building a repertoire of healthy meals!

  • that you can stock in your freezer for times when you need a little extra help
  • make ahead on the weekend when you have more time to cook and plan

Spend a little time looking over recipes from some of our recipe resources
and pick a few that you would like to try — one new recipe this week!

 

Don’t worry if it doesn’t work out as well as you might like, just try,
have some fun and give it a whirl.

 


 

Plan B:

 

If you are not a cook, not comfortable in the kitchen…
that is perfectly OK, you can still eat healthy!

 

— try a new restaurant, find a new place that has sanctioned meal options
on their menu and try something new.
