We can take good care of ourselves by Guidelines for the Game that supports our health goals. Routines are often thought of as ‘boring’ and obviously lack spontaneity. AND, routines can be healing and supportive of a Living Fit Lifestyle. When you create a routine that reinforces your SMARTER GOALS and yet remains flexible in your approach you are giving yourself some wiggle room for the spontaneity which keeps your soul cheerful and spirited ~ something definitely worth having!

it is difficult to so regimented about diet, exercise and mindfulness but, the payoff is a happy body, mind and soul. temptations abound food wise but i always suffer in the long run if i deviate from my diet. exercise can be painful some days but-i can always stretch. making a list of alternatives keeps me in balance.
