  • Do you want to reduce your BMI?  Lose inches?
  • Do you want to lower your body fat %?


  • What type of physique you want, strong, lean, limber?
  • Are you a mesomorph, ectomorph or endomorph?
  • Do you know?


  • What type of energy & recovery do you want?
  • Are you recovering from injuries?
  • Do you need to improve your energy level?
  • Do you get enough quality sleep?
