Action is the foundational key to all success ~ that’s a powerful statement!
We need to get into Action to make things happen in our lives, we have to shop, cook, work, workout, eat, clean, care for ourselves and our families. Life is full of obligations and activities, which means we have to be discerning to make the best choices for our Living Fit Lifestyle. Sometimes, these choices come easier than others ~ life pulls us in many directions and we have to sift through the options, make the best choices to support our goals.

Success and consistency has been relatively simple, since I was running my own schedule and my own life. Now that I have a very involved partner, it is less simple. I have made it known that my food and exercise and rest are a priority in my life. Luckily, he is understanding and supportive of this. The biggest challenge is the rest part. We are working on that, and must take it seriously. So an action plan can be lights out by 11:00 on week nights, no matter what!
It sounds like you have a good plan, Pamela! And, a very supportive partner that will also benefit from a healthy success plan, it should be advantageous for the both of you. Good job on balancing all aspects of your life and it will not work sometimes, that’s why we have a day off of all the rules….yes, even us adults need rules, boundaries, guidelines…for our long-term health benefits.
