Super good toasted with a cup of tea or coffee, add a piece of fruit, some cream cheese, peanut butter or almond butter and you have a perfect mini-meal!

Orange Hazelnut Bread
  • ⅓ cup of Coconut Flour
  • ⅓ cup of Hazelnut flour
  • ½ t baking soda
  • ¼ cup melted organic coconut oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice and zest
  • ¼ cup erythritol
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1T vanilla
  1. Preheat the oven to 350•
  2. Melt the coconut oil
  3. Make sure eggs at room temperature,whisk to break up
  4. Add the erythritol, vanilla, coconut oil, orange juice & zest to the eggs
  5. Mix the dry ingredients together
  6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine
  7. Add the dough to your prepared pans - I used 2 mini loaf pans
  8. Bake for 45 minutes and allow to cool before cutting
  9. ENJOY!
