If you like orange and hazelnut, this bread is such a tasty delight. It is a tiny bit sweet, aromatic and nutty, completely grain free, gluten free and absolutely delicious! Super good toasted with a cup of tea or coffee, add a piece of fruit, some cream cheese, peanut butter or almond butter and you have a perfect mini-meal!

- ⅓ cup of Coconut Flour
- ⅓ cup of Hazelnut flour
- ½ t baking soda
- ¼ cup melted organic coconut oil
- ¼ cup orange juice and zest
- ¼ cup erythritol
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1T vanilla
- Preheat the oven to 350•
- Melt the coconut oil
- Make sure eggs at room temperature,whisk to break up
- Add the erythritol, vanilla, coconut oil, orange juice & zest to the eggs
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine
- Add the dough to your prepared pans - I used 2 mini loaf pans
- Bake for 45 minutes and allow to cool before cutting
- ENJOY!
