I always wanted to make Chicken with 40 cloves of Garlic and here is my version, Chicken and Garlic Sauce. I didn’t want to cook for an army this time so I made a smaller, quicker version with a lot of garlic, but not 40 cloves. I used bone-in, skinless chicken breast ~ I find that the bone-in chicken is more flavorful and as a bonus, I get to keep the bones to make my Classic Bone Broth for future use. This recipe is quick, rich, comforting and completely sanctioned!
