Light, tangy and easy way to enjoy chicken & vegetables!
Ingredients
  • 12 each Wraps -- rice paper
  • 12 oz chicken -- roasted breast
  • ¼ cup napa cabbage
  • ¼ cup bok choy
  • 2T carrot
  • 2T red pepper
  • 2T yellow pepper
  • 2T snow peas
  • 2T radicchio
  • 2T scallions
  • 2T apple -- any sweet apple
  • 1 lime -- juice and zest
  • ¼ cup tamari sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 1T siracchi
Instructions
  1. Debone and shred the chicken breast
  2. Chop all veg & apple, fine julienne Mix thoroughly
  3. Blend the dressing ingredients and thoroughly coat
  4. Portion into 12 wraps according to package directions
