It’s just a game — it’s supposed to be fun! Winning a better body and a healthier life is the prize for playing this game. Learning to lighten your food load and move your body more while respecting your needs for water, sleep, friends and reflection — these are the concepts that we are working with. Perfection is not the goal, having fun while we are learning to live a healthier lifestyle — that is the goal!
Something fun to think about:
This game is designed to have three meals off each week + one whole day off of all other rules without penalty, it’s a “gimme”. So, when you think about the fact that we are playing for 10 weeks, that means we get 30 special meals to enjoy without penalty.
What 30 special meals would you love to plan and look forward to for the duration of this game period?
Time to think about having more fun — don’t make this game a burden, play the game, use it as a guideline, take care of yourself and have fun doing it!
