We are closing in the mid point of this game ~ we will complete ten weeks of communing with our friends in a playful approach to supporting our Living Fit Lifestyle. It’s been a fun ride with daily challenges, new recipes, new approaches to creating and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits.
We all started this game by setting SMARTER GOALS in an effort to guide our healthy lifestyle. Each week we have taken time to review your goals and refresh them as needed. Goals are a roadmap to success and that path is rarely a straight line. Success is often a winding road with numerous changes along the way as we learn, we adapt and progress toward our desired result.
