Slowly you go … slow and steady wins the race! That’s what they say and that’s what I see in my work. When we take a slow, steady approach with our quest to improve our health, lose weight, gain flexibility, grow our savings, build a career or house ~ we are better able to grow into the new chapter of our life. Allowing our growth and development to unfold as we move toward our goal slowly with consistency trusting in the process allows us to integrate the changes thereby making them sustainable.
It really doesn’t matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop, do not quit on yourself. You are your most important asset in life, your gifts, your spirit and your essence. When you and I take the time to invest in ourselves as spiritual beings that have a mission here on earth, we are embracing our life and developing a life that we can enjoy. When we grasp the beauty of our being we are able to celebrate our purpose and share our gifts with our families, friends and communities. Whatever our personal mission is here ~ to be the best teacher, to be the best neighbor, to be the best mother, wife, sister or brother ~ we are here for a reason and those reasons are as unique as we are. We deserve the happiness and pleasure that goes with shining our light and allowing ourselves to blossom in that process.
Slowly you go toward your next chapter, slowly you go toward your renewed health and vitality, slowly you go toward your inner peace and self-acceptance.
