Another YUM for you!  Roast your carrots, apples and onions before adding to the classic bone broth to deepen the flavor and enhance the caramelization of the vegetables. Then when you add the vegetables with a little touch of organic coconut milk and you have a fabulously satisfying and nourishing bowl of goodness. Throw it all into your high powered blender and puree away until you have the desired consistency and adjust the seasonings accordingly.  Enjoy!
