I love the fresh flavors of Asian cuisine -- tangy lime, salty tamari, toasted sesame all blended with fresh crunchy vegetables and roasted chicken. A super healthy alternative to take out with all of the fun, zest and tastiness you can possibly want.
Growing up with an Italian mother, we had LOTS of pasta sauce of many different kinds, it was one of the highlights of my day. Often, I would wake up in the morning to the amazing smell of food cooking on the stove.
Do you like crab cakes? I do, they are one of my favorite things to eat out in a 'good' seafood restaurant. I have to admit, more often than not I am disappointed with the offerings, I usually find the crab cakes too expensive and not enough substance for my money.
Quiche is a wonderful snack or main course. Once I found a good recipe for a gluten free crust, I had to practice with it. It felt like a duty -- test it and make sure it is real, I am not dreaming.
