moods are my motivation and how my body feels. it can be difficult to get going some mornings. i have learned from many years of morning exercising that if i just get dressed and DO-IT i will feel better! i can’t allow myself to sit and dwell in my thoughts. if i do, i won’t get anything done and i will feel the worse off for it. get out of bet, have a cup of coffee and move. even if tears are streaming down my face sometimes, it too shall pass. and, the day will get better.
